can you say a word of truth?
can you say it now?
no!
and that’s a lie!
we live on luscious lies spun by language
the most outrageous lie of all
is the one that creates the illusion of
a self separate from Suchness
but its intimate accomplice,
which posits a no-self,
is equally devious

“but its intimate accomplice, which posits as no-self, is equally devious.” Yes! Thank “you” for saying that! 🙂
And thank you dear Christine for noticing … 😉
Is no-thing a no self?
Methinks you play with words, dear AM.
If you mean ‘no-thing’ in the sense of ’emptiness’, then yes, it would include both self and no-self, and every other conceivable concept.

Quite right. Thank you very much. A. (and sorry!)
